Fantastic food, good portions and fair prices, staff are warm and friendly. Being a Forester, I've frequented many (if not all) fish and chip shops in the forest area over the years, I'm very happy that Drybrook Fish & Chips is near enough to be considered my local.

Great tasty food & and I'm glad they are keeping it cash payments only. The shop itself could do with a major revamp as it's looking very run down & tatty. Never see the kebab heaters working, they have to use grills to warm the meat up. Half the heated counter is never switched on or it's broken. S it doesn't really give a good impression to new customers. Only two chairs, so difficult to keep out the way.

We are stopping over at a local campsite on our way back from a holiday in Wales and we're so impressed with the kebabs we just bought from here that we felt we had to leave a review. As we both follow Slimming World we both recognise having a chicken kebab as the healthiest option, but neither of us have ever had so much salad or meat in our kebab before. Neither of us could finish our meal and we areboth big eaters. Thank you for an excellent meal.

After seeing the reviews online thought I'd give this chippy a try. Bloody lovely, fish was freshly cooked, chips and fish were not greasy. Good portion size, the fish, wow was really thick. It was worth 10 minute drive, most definitely be back

Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Was recommended by a friend not long ago and now it’s my favourite chippy and it’s definitely the best in the Forest of Dean by far. (Also great portion sizes and lovely kebabs).10/10

We stopped here last Saturday after me doing work in the area. I had nothing, wife had fish and chips. Looked absolutely amazing. So today I went there on my lunch break, fish and chips. Beautiful. Trying their chicken kebab next as I saw it on the stick. That looked good. Well worth the drive from Monmouth.
